Booth Registration for the 2017 Tennessee Safety Conference

COST IS $795 PER BOOTH.  BUY 3, GET 1 FREE 

All phases of registration, including payment and booth selections,  is to be managed online only. (See below)

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

  • 10’ x 10’ area per booth
  • Two (2) box lunches per booth for Monday (extra lunches are $40 each)
  • Two (2) lunch tickets per booth for Tuesday Exhibitor Lunch/Meeting
  • One (1) 7” x 44” identification sign
  • One (1) 6’ draped table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Five (5) admission badges (extra badges are $50 each)

A $250 processing fee per booth will be applied to any cancellations. No refunds given for cancellations made within 45 days of the Conference start date.

 

~NOTE TO EXHIBITORS PLANNING TO STAY AT THE GAYLORD OPRYLAND HOTEL If you are contacted by any agency/company offering to assist you in booking a room at a much lower rate at the Opryland Hotel for this conference, please be advised that neither TSHC nor the hotel are affiliated with them in any way.  Any dealings with these sources can potentially be a scam and proceeding with them will be at your own risk.
