Exhibiting is a great opportunity to have direct contact with a large number of people in the occupational safety and health field and plays a very important part in the conference. As an exhibitor, you will receive recognition on this website, on the conference app and in the conference program book. The exhibition area has been designed to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility to each booth space location to encourage interaction between attendees and exhibitors. To maximize exposure, specified times are set aside for exhibition viewing; and morning and afternoon breaks and luncheon desserts are served in the exhibit hall.

 

COST IS $825 PER BOOTH. BUY 3, GET 1 FREE
All phases of registration, including payment and booth selections, is to be managed online only.

Two (2) box lunches per booth for Day 1 (additional charge for more than 2 lunches)
Two (2) lunch tickets per booth for Day 2 Exhibitor Lunch/Meeting (additional charge for more than 2 lunches)
One (1) 7” x 44” identification sign
One (1) 6’ draped table
Two (2) chairs
Five (5) admission badges (extra badges are $50 each)
