All phases of registration, including payment and booth selections, is managed online only.
COST: $875 per booth. Buy three, get one free

Registration includes:
- 10’ x 10’ area per booth
- Two (2) exhibitor badges per booth (extra badges $200 each)
- Exhibitor badge includes lunch each day
- One (1) 7” x 44” identification sign
- One (1) 6’ draped table
- Two (2) chairs
Cancellations: Refunds can be given (less a $250 processing fee) for cancellations; however, if cancelling within 45 days of conference start date, refunds will not be issued.

Daily Complimentary Self-Parking ONLY IF you stay at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. Your room key can be used anytime you need to leave the lot during the conference, and you will not be charged. If not staying at the hotel, you must pay for parking and the hotel’s standard parking rate. Please contact hotel for rates.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are contacted by any agency/company offering to assist you in booking a room at a much lower rate at the Opryland Hotel for this conference, please be advised that neither The TN Safety & Health Conference nor the hotel are affiliated with them in any way. Any dealings with these sources can potentially be a scam and proceeding with them will be at your own risk. All room reservations should be done online or by contacting the hotel directly at (615) 889-1000.
