Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for attendee cancellations received 30 days prior to the first day of the conference. The full amount paid less a $100 processing fee may be refunded. Cancellations for convenience will not be refunded. If  unable to attend, sending a replacement is acceptable and encouraged.

Refund Policy

Exhibitor booth cancellations must be made more than 45 days before the first day of the conference start date. The full amount less a $300 processing fee will be refunded.
