Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for attendee cancellations received 45 days prior to the first day of the conference. The full amount paid less a $100 processing fee may be refunded. Cancellations for convenience will not be refunded. If  unable to attend, sending a replacement is acceptable and encouraged.

Exhibitor booth cancellations must be made 45 days prior to the first day of the annual conference. The full amount less a $250 processing fee per booth will be refunded.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference registrar Expect confirmation within five working days.
