Attendee Registration
Registration includes: admittance to the Opening Session and Keynote Addresses and various Educational Workshops, Free entrance to any activities/entertainment planned for our Attendees, Breakfast (Days 1-3), Lunch (Days 1 & 2), and access to the spacious Exhibit hall/Expo Floor on Days 1 & 2.
Two Ways to Register
1. Online–-Scroll down this page (all credit card and e-check transactions must be processed online).
2. By Check––Online Registration Form. Complete, download, print, and mail along with payment to the address on the bottom of the form. A receipt will be forwarded to the email address provided. For your convenience, download our W9.
- Conference fee … $575
- 10-HR. General Safety Course … $590 Participants will receive a Federal OSHA 10-hour completion card. This continuing class will be given over the course of two days (Monday & Tuesday). On Wednesday, participants attend their choice of any workshop provided on that day.
- Spouses can be added to your registration for $200,which covers full conference access. If you are using a company credit card for your registration, and do not want to use the same card to register your spouse, please complete this registration form and mail payment for spouse. Upon receipt of payment, a proof of registration will be sent to the email address you provide.

Conference Cancellations: Refunds will only be issued for attendee cancellations received by May 10, 2024. The full amount paid less a $100 processing fee may be refunded. Cancellations for convenience will not be refunded. If unable to attend, sending a replacement is acceptable and encouraged.

Daily Complimentary Self-Parking ONLY IF you stay at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. Your room key can be used anytime you need to leave the lot during the conference, and you will not be charged. If not staying at the hotel, you must pay for parking and the hotel’s standard parking rate. Please contact hotel for rates.
